1) Determine your events needs
* - How many fire dancers do you need?
* - How long will you require them for?
* - What is the theme of the party?
* - Will the dancers require costumes?
* - Choreographed set or freestyle fire performances?
These are all important things to consider before inquiring for a quote. One normally pays per dancer per hour unless a group price is negotiated.
Choreographed sets cost more than freestyle performances.
2) The Venue
* - Location of the venue
* - Consider space the available.
* - Will the show be inside or outside?
* - If inside,proper ventilation is required
* - What are the potential fire hazards at the event?
The venue is very important not just for the Fire Dancers but to the success of any event. Think carefully of all the options available to you. Can we split the dancers into small groups? Is there an elevated section for a group performance? Where would the best place be to create the most impact?
